Our fresh sourdough bagels are made in house every day (except Monday & Tuesday) .
We use all-natural, pure ingredients, unbleached unbromated flour, no corn syrup, no added processing agents.
We are a small batch bakery, we use a three-day fermentation process to achieve the soft chewy inside of the bagel and the crunchy outside. There are a finite amount of bagels prepared each day. There is no way to quickly prepare our dough, so, if we sell out, we do close for the day.
